The entrance sculpture for Club 91 explores the contrast between two worlds: the technological precision of Formula 1 and the warmth of Mediterranean craftsmanship.
The piece reinterprets the silhouette and energy of a racing car as a sculptural element, moving away from a purely mechanical representation towards a more tactile and architectural expression. The terracotta-inspired finish and organic material language create a connection with the hospitality environment, where racing heritage meets a more artisanal atmosphere.

Acierta worked across design development, technical definition and production to translate this ambitious visual direction into a large-scale physical element.

The scale and installation requirements of the piece required a careful balance between visual impact, structural performance and material feasibility.
Acierta developed a solution based on hardened cork reinforced with fibre and silica, creating a lightweight structure capable of achieving the required volume and finish while maintaining the handcrafted appearance of the final sculpture.

From material testing and technical development through to production and installation, the project combined experimentation, craftsmanship and large-scale execution to create a hospitality feature designed to become a defining element of the Club 91 entrance.
