The design embraces a material-driven approach, drawing inspiration from natural textures and artisanal craftsmanship. Rather than relying on decorative excess, the space creates a calm and tactile atmosphere where handmade finishes and honest materials become the defining features of the customer experience.

The project required the fabrication and installation of bespoke retail furniture, display niches, shelving systems, and architectural finishes, carefully coordinated to achieve a seamless integration within the Harrods retail environment while meeting the exacting standards of a permanent luxury retail space.

Materiality plays a central role throughout the project, with more than 5,000 ceramic tiles installed across furniture, display niches, and wall surfaces to create a rich handcrafted texture that reinforces the store's artisanal character. Veneered wood shelving introduces warmth and natural elegance, while cement-finished walls provide a subtle architectural backdrop, resulting in a refined material palette that balances craftsmanship with a contemporary aesthetic.
