A multi-region window rollout that transformed simple materials into a sculpted green landscape for Burberry Autumn 26. Acierta combined coir flooring, real and faux boxwood, and more than 25,000 hand-inserted sprigs to create a crafted yet scalable visual merchandising system across the UK, Europe and the United States.

The Burberry Autumn 26 windows were built around a direct and effective visual language: sculpted greenery, natural texture and product-led compositions. Topiary-inspired volumes created structure within the windows, while coir flooring added a simple, tactile base that reinforced the outdoor character of the display.
The strength of the concept came from its clarity. Rather than relying on complex materials or excessive decoration, the installation used recognizable natural references to create a strong seasonal presence from the street. Acierta’s role was to translate this idea into a production-ready window system that could maintain visual consistency across different stores and regions.

The main technical challenge was finding the right balance between visual effect and feasibility. To achieve the required density and natural texture, Acierta worked with a mix of real and faux boxwood, allowing the windows to feel full and organic while remaining suitable for production, transport and installation.
More than 25,000 boxwood sprigs were inserted by hand, giving the sculpted forms a crafted finish and a level of detail that could be perceived up close. This manual process was combined with the operational control needed for a rollout across the UK, Europe and the United States, including new stores and the expansion into the US as a new market region for this execution.
The result was a window campaign that looked simple and immediate from the outside, but relied on careful material testing, detailed hand-finishing and coordinated international delivery behind the scenes.
