For Chloé à la Plage, Acierta developed, produced, delivered and installed a series of shell-inspired display elements for an international retail window rollout across more than 18 locations in Europe, the UK and the US.
The project combined sampling, 3D shell modelling, technical development, CNC-milled foam production and artistic finishing to create 29 plinths and 9 tables that captured the organic irregularity of real shells while meeting the precision, consistency and timing required for a worldwide luxury retail campaign.

The project began with the shell as a natural reference: organic, irregular and closely connected to the coastal universe of Chloé à la Plage. The challenge was to translate that softness and imperfection into functional display elements for retail windows.
Acierta developed a family of plinths and tables designed to bring a sculptural, seaside-inspired presence into the window. Rather than producing a literal replica, the objective was to capture the character of real shells through form, texture and finish, creating display pieces that felt natural while remaining suitable for a luxury retail environment.

Achieving an object that felt organic required a precise and highly controlled development process. Acierta worked through several rounds of 3D model corrections to refine the shell geometry, balancing natural irregularity with production viability.
The finish was developed with the same level of care. More than 23 samples were produced across interior and exterior surfaces to define the right texture, depth and realism. This sampling process was essential to imitate the appearance of real shells while maintaining the elevated finish required for Chloé’s visual language.

Once the 3D model and finishes were approved, the figures were CNC-milled from foam and completed with an artistic finish to recreate the natural quality of shells. In total, Acierta produced 29 plinths in medium and large sizes, together with 9 tables.
The project moved from initial samples in February to phased production and shipping, reaching the final quantities within four weeks. The pieces were delivered to more than 18 locations, including Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Ibiza, Athens, Turkey, Munich, Monaco, Capri, Portofino, Nuremberg, New Bond Street, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, New York and California.
This rollout reflects Acierta’s ability to transform an organic creative reference into a technically developed, carefully finished and internationally delivered retail production system.
