Acierta Retail delivered the technical development, production, and installation of FARM Rio's FW23 takeover at Liberty London, transforming the iconic atrium and window displays into an immersive interpretation of the brand's Surreal Winter Forest. Through large-scale scenic production, bespoke fabrication, and artisanal craftsmanship, the installation brought the collection's vibrant visual universe to life, centred around a monumental 12-metre handcrafted tree that united fashion, art, and Brazilian craftsmanship within one of London's most celebrated department stores.
Inspired by the FW23 collection, the installation recreated an imaginary forest populated by colourful macaws, black jaguars, oversized mushrooms, and luminous stars, translating FARM Rio's signature prints into a three-dimensional environment.
At the heart of the takeover stood a 12-metre handcrafted tree, conceived as the focal point of the experience and decorated with bespoke ornaments created in partnership with the UNESCO-recognised Instituto Proeza, celebrating Brazilian craftsmanship and traditional techniques.
The project involved the engineering and fabrication of a monumental scenic structure weighing almost one tonne, alongside a series of bespoke decorative elements designed to recreate the collection's imaginative landscape within the historic department store. Developed in collaboration with Brazilian artist Gringo Cardia, LE Arte Cenografia, and Instituto Proeza, the installation combined technical expertise with artisanal craftsmanship to bring the concept to life at an architectural scale.
