Acierta Retail delivered the technical development, production, and installation of the Loewe Paula's Ibiza pop-up and window displays at Galeries Lafayette Paris. Created for the launch of the annual collection, the installation transformed the department store into a playful retail environment inspired by the carefree spirit of Ibiza, using the imagery of beach sandcastles, large-scale scenic fabrication, and meticulous handcrafted production to create a memorable experience that celebrated the collection's relaxed summer identity.

The project involved the in-house production of 1,125 bespoke sandcastle elements and bases, requiring extensive fabrication, finishing, and assembly. More than 100 sculptural castle towers were constructed throughout the installation, creating an immersive architectural composition across the retail spaces.
Among the sculptural landscape, 120 custom podiums were produced using sand and methacrylate, combining textured natural finishes with contemporary materials to create elegant display platforms for the collection.
