The installation explored transformation through materiality, balance, and reuse. Rather than creating a new structure, the existing framework was adapted and refreshed, demonstrating a flexible approach to retail window design while maintaining a strong visual impact.

Inspired by the silhouette and stitching of UGG's signature boot, the display incorporated oversized seams, cracked textures, reflective surfaces, and layered materials to create depth and contrast throughout the composition.

Acierta Retail translated the creative concept into a fully realised window installation, overseeing technical development, production, and on-site execution. Careful attention to symmetry, detailing, and material finishes ensured a cohesive environment that balanced sculptural expression with precise craftsmanship.
